It's lovely to have you show up in my inbox sporadically. A reminder of what, for me at least, was a happier time. Probably rose-coloured glasses but they're working for me. Good to 'see' you.
The time somehow hurtles by with our children, doesn't it. Like you I had a blog going back then, but no longer. Ten years was enough. I don't post about my children online either. As adults now they define their presence on the internet. And it fascinates me how little they use social media except to gather information or connect up with friends and colleagues. They have social lives that are very face to face. Worlds change.
Knitting blogs. Strange and wonderful days that can't be repeated. But how lucky we are that we had them! Hugs. I hope today was a good day.
